The Derg Arms is ideally situated in the centre of Castlederg, in the Main Street, with the bustling town at the front door and the countryside at the back making it an ideal place to stay for visiting the Ulster American Folk Park and Derg Castle as well as many more places of historical interest.
All six bedrooms are en-suite and include television & tea making facilities, with lovely views of the beautiful landscaped gardens and further views of the castle ruins and Derg River.
There is a luxurious lounge to relax in which overlooks the beautiful landscaped gardens and further facilities include residential parking, bar, restaurant, private guest dining area, games rooms & internet facilities.
Guests can enjoy their meals in the spacious dining room with a choice of delicious homemade meals available with the emphasis on friendly service in comfortable surroundings to relax in whilst dining.
Daily lunches are served between 11.30a.m to 3.30p.m throughout the week, with a la Carte served on Saturday from 5pm to 9pm and evening meals are catered for during the week by prior booking.
The Derg Arms also has a comfortable bar area which allows all customers to enjoy themselves in friendly surrounding. There is a Games area, with pool, table, darts, game machines & juke box and a Snug room, which is comfortable and quiet, where customers can relax on the large sofa and enjoy a quiet drink.
The spacious Lounge is mainly used for entertaining & watching sports & movies on the large screen, regular Friday night discos & dinner dances are catered for. There are catering facilities for up to 200 people, for conferences, private parties, weddings and christenings.
There are many outdoor activities in the surrounding area, including golfing, angling, watersports, walking, cycling and horse-riding.
