The Garden House is steeped in history and offers visitors, to this family friendly home, excellent three star self-catering accommodation.

The location is wonderfully peaceful, situated in the rural area of Fermanagh's Lakeland, close to the edge of Riversdale Forest and Ballycassidy River, which is famous for its fishing and wildlife.

The accommodation is bright and spacious and sleeps up to six people in two bedrooms.

One bedroom has a four poster bed with a double bed settee and the second bedroom has a double bed-settee with bunk bed above.

There is a large bathroom with electric shower and the lounge is comfortably furnished to a high standard with an open fireplace for coal or log fires and pine flooring throughout.
In the lounge there is a television, dvd and video for the enjoyment of guests and patio doors which lead to a lovely secluded walled patio area.

The fully fitted kitchen, with dining area, has modern facilities.

Outside parking is available for cars or a car and boat and Ballycassidy Post Office and supermarket are only a short walk away.

Whilst nearby, in the town of Enniskillen, you can visit some local shops and traditional Irish pubs which serve great food.

This is an ideal location for visitors who enjoy peace and tranquility whilst on holiday although there are many places of historical interest to visit in the surrounding area, including Castle Coole, Florence Court House, Marble Arch Caves and The Enniskillen Castle & Museum as well as many outdoor activities, including golfing, fishing, walking, cycling and pony-trekking close by.

The facilities at the Belmore Court Motel are excellent.

Keenaghan Cottage is a listed historic building overlooking its own lake which is a perfect setting for a 'get-away' holiday with the location being only 4km from Belleek village's pubs and restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Donegal where you find lovely beaches.

This unique thatched cottage has been restored to a very high standard with old pine and traditional furnishings & fittings throughout and is 4* Tourist Board registered.

At the front door lies Keenaghan Lough, forty acres of protected brown trout, for fly fishing only, which is rich in freshwater shrimp and crab; providing the most delicious red fleshed trout from March to October. It is ideal for shore fishing on the cottage side of the lake.

The village and shop is one mile from the cottage and the nearest pub is three miles.

Coole Cottage offers first class four star facilities and accommodation and is situated in an idyllic location, nestling on the banks of the River Erne which has excellent amenities for anglers.
