This bar was formerly 'The Castle Tavern' and was renamed Dawson's Creek after undergoing a major renovation which has made it one of the areas most comfortable bars and restaurants.

Dawson's Creek offers affordable food from a varied menu, Sunday lunches, an amazing choice of beverages, and the Chef’s own speciality is a particular favourite with customers.

For people having a three course meal any child under ten years of age in their company will be able to enjoy a free meal.

Live entertainment is provided most Friday’s and every Saturday night.

Private functions are a speciality and there is a state of the art 46" plasma screen with a full Sky Sports package for the enjoyment of sports fans.

Visitors cannot fail to enjoy their experience and come back for more of the friendly hospitality, excellent food and service provided at Dawson's Creek.

Dawson's Creek also has an Off Licence which stocks a wide selection of quality wines, beers and spirits, all at very reasonable prices to suit the most discerning customer.

A choice of delicious breakfast dishes, including a full Irish breakfast, is served in Moneypenny's Restaurant which have been prepared to a high standard, using fresh local produce, and served by friendly, efficient staff.

Lunches are served daily (except Tuesday) from 12.30 pm – 2.30 pm and an a la carte menu is also available from 5.30pm – 9.30pm (except Monday and Tuesday). Diners can enjoy a choice of dishes from succulent steak to tender salmon, fresh from the sea off Ardglass followed by a delicious home made dessert. A traditional four course Sunday Lunch is available with a selection of three roast joints to tempt the palate, for only £9.50.
